For this Project I have seem to taken on the role of project management. I have been organizing who did what as well as when and where we have met. Below is a screenshot of the little schedule I made to try organize important group meetings and when I felt we should start to do certain things.
We created a group blog on facebook where we bounced ideas off eachother and kept in contact on how work was going. Also we used skype to have more in depth talks if we needed to voice ideas easily rather that trying to talk through facebook.
